Includes our patented form of MicroActive CoQ10®, which helps support egg quality at a cellular level. A recent human clinical study demonstrated it has 3.7 times higher bioavailability than regular CoQ10 and doubled CoQ10 levels in 3 weeks among 100% of users.

We recommend you take your three daily capsules after food, ideally over the course of the day. It is possible to take all three daily capsules at once, however we suggest this only if you are not usually sensitive to supplements as the dose of CoQ10 can occasionally cause mild nausea. If that is your experience then please take the three daily capsules over the course of the day instead.

Please remember that routine is key with supplements. While missing a day or two won’t have a big impact, taking it consistently will ensure the best possible results.

If you have found you are particularly sensitive to high-quality supplements in the past, we recommend starting with one capsule per day and building up to the full dosage over the course of 1-2 weeks.
