Our products are posted from the UK using the following Royal Mail delivery options.

Mainland UK

Free shipping on subscriptions and orders over £50, £2.80 on orders below £50 (estimated delivery time: 3-5 days)

Please note, any orders placed over the weekend or a bank holiday, will not be processed until the next working day.

Ireland

Ireland: International Tracked & Signed Delivery (Estimated delivery time: 3-5 days), Free on orders over €100, €13.88 on orders below €100

Delivery Times

Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Those placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday, and any time Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. We will send you an email once your order has been shipped so you'll know that it is on its way to you.

14 Day Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us by email at info@startwithovum.com with your order details and return the product unopened to us in the condition in which it was sent within 14 days of you receiving the product and we'll refund the product price.

Please note that we can only process refunds of products that arrive back to us in a re-saleable condition.  Please help us to ensure you qualify for a full refund by:

• Checking the safety seal on the product is intact
• Ensuring the product is well packaged for shipping; and
• Obtaining proof of postage

Delayed or Lost Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or lost, please notify us and we will investigate with Royal Mail to resolve it as soon as possible. Royal Mail consider an item to be lost 10 working days after the due date.
